Zero telemetry
No analytics, no trackers, no fingerprinting, no fonts pulled from afar, no quiet calls home. No signup, no account, no cookies that follow you. Once a page has loaded, it speaks to nothing and no one. The silence is the feature.
On your own machine
Real creation — images, songs, video, voices — runs on your own graphics card and processor, not on a server. What you make is yours. It never travels anywhere unless you decide to carry it.
Consent-native
Every heavy or outward action is asked for, plainly, one creation at a time — never a blanket yes you forget you gave. Nothing runs in the background. Nothing auto-downloads. There is never a silent fallback to someone else's computer.
Never for sale, ever
GFYS is free to use and free to fork, and it is forbidden to add telemetry to it. There is no paid tier, no upsell, no nag. The covenant travels with every copy. Read the covenant →
Gates honored
GFYS is built layer by layer, in stages, so that distribution, the mobile fold, and the signing of any released work stay decisions for the right hands. Nothing is rushed past a closed gate. A pause is a pause, not a no.
The airplane-mode challenge

Or open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab, and use the whole site. After the page loads, you'll see it reach for nothing. That's not a setting we turned on. It's the only way GFYS was ever built.
